The German kitchen company Nobilia shows unusual activity in the first half of 2016. Today, Nobilia, a network of single-brand showrooms, has more than forty trading floors. The studios with the same name appeared recently in Omsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Lipetsk, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Simferopol. A few more stores in Moscow are expected to open by the fall. Yekaterinburg will open the second showroom and Chelyabinsk also gets ready.
The average area of the studios is 80-120 sq. m. Among the companies that invest in the German trademark, there are both new and long-standing partners. For example, another showroom in St. Petersburg was opened by a dealer who, among other things, works with the Russian Far East market.
Premiumwerk company, who represents the interests of Nobilia in Russia, finds nothing surprising in the partners’ activity: the European kitchen brand offers reasonable prices for retail companies focused on foreign brands.
“Against the backdrop of a general reduction in furniture import in Russia, Nobilia manages to keep its standards high and offer the best financial conditions,” — notes Tatiana Rubinov, Head of Premiumwerk. “During the first four months of 2016, the growth stood at 35.5% compared to January-April of 2015. The popularity of the brand increases. The average check for the purchases in Nobilia studios exceeded 600 thousand rubles. Generally, our partners work with large turn-key projects.”
